K.O. LEE offers an extensive training program to get you up and running on your new or old K.O. LEE product.

K.O. LEE offers training programs either upon the purchase of one of our machines or as a separate service. Training is available for tool and cutter grinding, surface grinding, cylindrical grinding and machine maintenance.

Upon purchasing, or within one year of purchasing one of our grinders, you will be entitled to free training at the K.O. LEE factory. Training will be held over a period of 2 - 3 days. If no machine is purchased, a flat fee of $1,200.00 will be applied.

Because it is a complex skill, the tool and cutter grinding training will be more in-depth. This training will be done on a Model B2060 tool and cutter grinder, using K.O. LEE fixtures. The following procedures will be demonstrated:

1. Familiarization of a K.O. LEE machine
2. How to sharpen reamers
3. How to sharpen end mills
4. How to sharpen stagger-tooth cutters
5. Sharpening of slitting saws
6. Sharpening of ball-nose end mills
7. How to sharpen taps
8. Basics of I.D. / O.D. grinding
9. Preventative measures
