Minimum order value of $50.00 applies to all orders. Applicable sales tax applied were required.

Shipping and Handling Charges
• A handling charge of $9.95 will be added to all orders
• UPS is standard shipping method for shipments under 150 pounds
• Orders requested by customer to be shipped via FedEx will be assessed as $25.00 delivery fee in addition to the standard shipping and handling charges. The $25.00 fee is waived if customer makes arrangements directly with FedEx for pickup at K.O. LEE Co.

Payment Terms
All orders must be paid for with a MasterCard, VISA or American Express at time of shipment, except for customers with pre-established accounts
